If there is one thing I have learned is the path to success in any area of life is by following a plan. As the year comes to a close have you reflected on your successes as well as the things you did not accomplish? Have you put together a game plan for the coming year?

You probably heard the saying, "Change your thinking, change your life," repeated over and over by motivational speakers, thought leaders and many others. Every leader has likely encountered an employee who questions or decorously challenges some of the leader's ideas, or policies. While some leaders may feel uncomfortable or downright agitated by these employees; leaders should welcome feedback from employees who have the moxie to question their proposed actions.
